So k\u00f6nnen wir die Wechselwirkung zwischen Kunststoff und Werkzeugoberfl\u00e4che positiv beeinflussen (z.B. Optimierung des Entformungsverhaltens und Vermeidung von Ablagerungen).<\/p><p>Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass mit Modifizierung der Terti\u00e4rstruktur durch die Nanostrukturierung nur die physikalische Beschaff enheit der Oberfl\u00e4che ver\u00e4ndert wird, nicht ihre Chemie. Daher ist die Nanostrukturierung keine Beschichtung und eignet sich beispielsweise ideal f\u00fcr den medizinischen Spritzguss.<\/p><p>Die Nanostrukturierung hat zwar das Potenzial, Beschichtungen als Alternative zur L\u00f6sung von Entformungs- und Ablagerungsproblemen abzul\u00f6sen, kann jedoch nicht als Barriere gegen korrosiven Angriff auf Werkzeugoberfl\u00e4chen und Werkzeugtrennstellen wirken. Auch f\u00fcr die Entformung sehr anspruchsvoller Materialien wie TPE usw. reicht die Nanostrukturierungsmethode in den meisten F\u00e4llen nicht aus.<\/p><p>Aufgrund des hochaggressiven Flammschutzes vieler Kunststoffteile im wachsenden Bereich der Elektromobilit\u00e4t sowie aggressiverer Kunststoffe, die im medizinischen Spritzguss verwendet werden, wie COC, COP, treten zunehmend Probleme mit Korrosionsbildung in Konturen und Werkzeugtrennbereichen auf.<\/p><p>Es gibt Beschichtungen, die das Korrosionsproblem l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen (das in den meisten F\u00e4llen mit der Bildung von R\u00fcckst\u00e4nden zusammenh\u00e4ngt), aber alle haben ihre Nachteile. W\u00e4hrend Nickel eine hervorragende Barrierebeschichtung gegen Korrosion ist, funktioniert es nur zufriedenstellend \u00fcber Beschichtungsdicken von 2\/100 mm \u2013 viel zu hoch f\u00fcr Werkzeuge mit geringer Toleranz; das gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Beschichtungen vom PTFE-Typ. PVD- und chromartige Beschichtungen sind nur Korrosionsinhibitoren, haben aber keine wirklichen Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften. Defektfreie PACVD-Beschichtungen wie DLC haben ebenfalls korrosionssch\u00fctzende Eigenschaften, zeigen jedoch ung\u00fcnstige Wechselwirkungen mit fast allen Arten von Kunststoffmaterialien. Alle Beschichtungen haben Dicken zwischen 2-3 \u00b5m.<\/p><p>Als Antwort auf dieses Dilemma hat unser Team eine Beschichtung namens \u201eDuomorph\u201c mit hervorragenden Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften und einer Schichtdicke von nur 0,1 \u03bcm (!) entwickelt. Das Beschichtungssubstrat verf\u00fcgt zus\u00e4tzlich \u00fcber eine FDA- und eine USP Class VI (Reinraum)-Zertifizierung.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n        <\/section>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-da8a94a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"da8a94a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"aux-parallax-section elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cb39595\" data-id=\"cb39595\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fd05cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-aux_modern_heading\" data-id=\"6fd05cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"aux_modern_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"aux-widget-modern-heading\">\n            <div class=\"aux-widget-inner\"><h2 class=\"aux-modern-heading-primary\">Beispiel<\/h2><h3 class=\"aux-modern-heading-secondary\"><span class=\"aux-head-highlight\">Anwendung mit Nanostrukturierung<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"aux-modern-heading-description\"><p>Das folgende Beispiel zeigt das Potenzial der Nanostrukturierung zur Reduzierung von Entformungskr\u00e4ften im Zusammenhang mit dem Spritzgie\u00dfprozess ohne Auftragen einer Beschichtung:<\/p><p>Drei Kerne wurden auf ein anf\u00e4ngliches SPI-A1-Finish (Industriestandard) poliert. Ein Kern wurde anschlie\u00dfend mit einer feinen, einer mit einer groben Nanostruktur behandelt, w\u00e4hrend ein Kern in der anf\u00e4nglichen Hochglanzqualit\u00e4t verblieb. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden die Kerne in ein Spritzgusswerkzeug verbaut und Artikel aus transparentem Polycarbonat gefertigt. Die Transparenz der gefertigten Artikel wurde durch die Nanostrukturierung nicht negativ beeinflusst.<\/p><p>Die Entformungskr\u00e4fte und der Entformungsweg wurden prozessbegleitend mit Hilfe von Sensoren gemessen:<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n        <\/section>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f36e9aa elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" class=\"aux-head-highlight\">Anwendung mit Nanobeschichtung<\/span><\/h3><div class=\"aux-modern-heading-description\"><p>F\u00fcr eine medizinische Anwendung produziert ein Kunde sehr d\u00fcnne Matten aus TPE \u2013 eine \u00e4u\u00dferst schwierige Entformungssituation.<\/p><p>Aufgrund der sehr starken Haftung des TPEs an der Oberfl\u00e4che war keine Produktion m\u00f6glich \u2013 die Auswerferstifte haben sich durch die Matte gedr\u00fcckt.<\/p><p>Mehrere Beschichtungen wurden getestet \u2013 ohne Erfolg.<\/p><p>Nach dem Aufbringen einer Kombination aus Nanostrukturierung und der Nanobeschichtung \u201eDuomorph\u201c auf die erodierstrukturierte Oberfl\u00e4che konnte der Kunde problemlos produzieren.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n Bearbeitungsschritt ist in den meisten F\u00e4llen ein Entgraten des gefertigten Bauteils erforderlich. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Methoden und Maschinen, die diese Aufgabe in den meisten F\u00e4llen zufriedenstellend erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen. Manchmal ist es jedoch aufgrund der Geometrie und\/oder Empfindlichkeit der Bauteile schwierig oder unm\u00f6glich, mit den herk\u00f6mmlichen Verfahren zu entgraten.<br \/>Basierend auf unserem Micro-GL-Verfahren haben wir ein hocheffektives Entgratungsverfahren entwickelt, das nahezu keine geometrischen Einschr\u00e4nkungen aufweist und auch auf empfindlichen Bauteilen und\/oder Materialien wie Kupfer, Aluminium etc. eingesetzt werden kann.<br \/>Dieser Entgratungsprozess ist sehr schnell und auf die Teilegeometrie ab-\ngestimmt.
